Our Story
Boss Sekuriteit was established in September 1999, at a time when security was more a luxury than a necessity. As a low-key start-up, the company was owned and managed by the Victor family which allowed for the company to develop and grow to reflect their passion for what they believe in as well as instill family values and a sense of belonging to all who worked for them. These attributes are deeply embedded into the company culture to date and allow its customers to be part of a bigger family.
Over the years we have gained experience and used this knowledge to expand our capabilities and can now offer a complete 24-hour alarm monitoring service with a modern control room backed up by a 24-hour armed reaction capability. We have also over time modernized our guarding services to ensure our guards are well trained, equipped, and can be tracked to allow for maximum productivity to the benefit of our clients. To meet our customers’ demands we are consistently investigating and investing in the latest technology to remain ahead of the pack.
Boss Sekuriteit has a large, diverse workforce. Employees come from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures. We recognize that people from different backgrounds bring different skills, knowledge, and experiences that assist in acting in the best interests of our clients. From humble beginnings, the company has grown and expanded over the past 23 years and has branches in Bloemhof, Schweizer -Reneke, Christiana, Kuruman, Hartbeesfontein, Ventersdorp, and Hoopstad,.
In 2023 an executive decision was taken to align Boss Sekuriteit and its affiliated entities to be future-ready. All entities were incorporated into one company now known as Boss Sekuriteit. The change will ensure we remain competitive and relative for years to come.
